I just answered my own question. There is no summoning The Butcher anymore, he has a lair now. I read the docs for it, but my brain was expecting needing to summon it still.. Oh the confusion, I have a lot to learn still.

Have you tried installing vc_redist.x86 ? And that recipe was removed. Edit: Jumped the gun with submit button. I've always had this lot installed, I'm hoping one of them is the right one.
