Whirlwind weapon physical dmg +% does nothing. lvl 1-10-15 in the skill my WW does the same dmg the character stats page doesnt get updated neither does the D2stats page. Any new player will just struggle to play the game if that's the spec they pick there are many more builds that have problems in...

Ok so for example ewd effects min/max physical dmg but I don’t see anything like that for flat ele dmg like what’s on the uldy trophy. I was expecting my dmg to go up the exact amount that’s on the charm but it was much more. Is there anything that effects flat ele dmg? You still didn't provide any...

stat isnt showing regen on quivers for some reason

Did a few touch ups, pretty much the same, HUGE QoL improvement, unfortunately angelic items aren't that good for the build and there's no angelic scythe.
