I explain I'm level 42 and i have done anya quest and after go to Tran Athulua and kill guardian and pick up the prism and i cube it with the +10 all resist receive for anya quest.

like this challenge lvl 1 is completed ?

Hi Well i play and poison ivy sorceress and reach lvl 120 I farm « à lot » mephisto and kurast 3000 But this is hard i have 19000k defense and about 12k dps I have few charm but for example impossible to kill bartuc Do you think i must continue in this way or better choice Respect for an other build...

Plugy or d2stats. Minions have 75% base resists at skill lvl 5 or above, and you can get 75% more from gear so that they have 50% res on destruction. More than that will not work.
