With the new launcher I get Restart button again.......

When I want start the game with my new created char my game is freezing and I can just type the ESC key.

When I want start Median XL I get this error. (I did not use the launcher cz it is not working with it. I used the zip of moddb.)

What does this mean?

Do we get Median XL 2017 as MPQ file too? Because the Launcher does not work for some people (Restart Button). I hope you understand what I mean.
