Consequentially, the following sources do not get scaled by this stat. Mana from additional Energy + Mana (Based on Character Level) bonuses Energy based on character level does not benefit from energy % multipliers. Confirmed after testing +75 energy Cloudladder vs +120 energy Witchdrum (+4 sorc).

I've searched but cannot find an answer. How does "no drop" chance work in TSW? Is the "no drop" chance rate reduced only if players are in the same area, or just if the game has x number of players?

Can someone offer some insight on my build on what I need to do better?

I feel like I have pretty solid gear, but my VOJ damage is only 13-16k. This is my first neutraldin. I've tried pushing my PMSD and then later my SF, but nothing seems to change damage-wise.

Right now, I have "Jah" in the weapon and "Lum" everywhere else.

Do mercenaries receive partial/full set bonuses?
