It's a known issue with uber Death Projector, the tooltip doesn't update but you can harm it just fine.

Survival Instinct until you can cap %PR without it. I am not sure vine is even worth at higher levels still, since poison poopoo doesn't have to detour to cap bonuses from Symbiosis + Faerie Fire (which can still be one-pointed).
