Does anything particular need to be done to spawn the Nemesis in the Mirror Temple? I've full cleared it on my assassin and no Nemesis spawned anywhere.

EDIT: yeah, that's two clears with no Nemesis present. Unsure if it's bugged.

The updated Anathema buff is no longer scaling its innate elemental damage bonus with each base level added to it in 2.7.

Definitely false. Running around farming K3K for the Totemlord set with 241% MF atm and it is definitely a huge boost to drops. Getting 4-6 set uniques per run on average.
