How tf did some dude out there in realm able to kill kabraxis, xazax, baal, and even uldy mini bosses in seconds? Like only 2-3 seconds with stormblast barb

How does Vampiric Icon actually work? I've been playing around with it, and it's not clear that it does anything. There's an old thread asking about this as well ( https://forum.median-xl.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=31805 ), but I'm still not seeing any effect - feels like a waste of a reward skill...

Thankfully hellfire forge now drops great runes from the quest because otherwise they are fairly useless. They come from very late endgame quests and aren't that good tbh. Xis runewords or even elemental rune runewords are much better than level 100 great rune RW's. And tengaze is far easier to far...
