I crafted a labrys with 197ed and 299max dmg it rolled with 8%ctc lvl4 time strike on strike but it has +30% req so it needs over 1k str. Do you think its worth the str investemnt in ubers or in farming?

b) with other shrines // mark of the wild oskill axe, than labrys, or is something between it, where i should spend them first before i go for labrys?

I used 47 shrines on scared kriegsmesser and i didnt got mark of the wild. Is this so rare? How many shrines you need in average?
btw it had ilvl99 and qlvl90 so affixe lvl is 99 and can get mark of the wild because it need only 82
