if you have more than 50% absorb arent you immune to that element?

what i mean:

you got 9.000/10.000 life and an elemental attack hits you with a dmg value of 1000

if you have 50% Absorb you would absorb 500 life
9.000->9.500
then the rest of the dmg is applied
9.500->9.000

therefore any attack does not deal any damage at all

Interesting project, nice to some some new code based projects. Also nice to see D2Template benefiting new modders. However, a few things to note...

First of all increasing the record count check for states and itemstatcost doesn't get rid of the limitation. There's much more to do than just changing a 255 to 32767 in order to get rid of these limits. Next, your code to allow more than 8 players in game doesn't work (it crashes whenever there's more than 10 players). You also missed a patch, I had to do it myself in order to test it. (you didn't patch the d2net ordinal that sets the maximum player connections).

Also, what are glide3x.dll and D2Win.dll for?

- D2Win.dll used to load D2Patch.dll
- When running file " game.exe " then it notifies lack glide3x.dll file . So I added the link to download
