Could you explain why you think this?

The only problem would be the speed, and whist has already said you can increase the speed. One fast leap to get from screen to screen and enough novas to kill everything on it, and you've got an OP skill.

Not necessarily, the nova could be linked to use a different (lower damage). You could keep the high damage on the main target and have the nova deal average damage to surrounding enemies. Either way that's all up to marco, don't know if it will even be used but I wanted to code that. But I think this could make the skill a little more viable/useable

Maybe the skill could fire 4 homing punishers at nearby enemies (Either homing directly like VoJ or after a delay like Crucify) ? That way the damage could still be high and it'd be a lot more usable than the current one, plus it fits alongside Graveyard.

If you get hit by the moment when you start leaping, yes. You'll end up landing dead. If you pressed RMB with leap skill before the barrel explodes, no.

Either way, like I said I just wanted to code that for the kick of it, I think it was Nefarius who first showed this off and I always thought the skill made more sense this way. That also means I'm currently working in improving skill mechanics to make them more viable/interesting. Now I'm on whirlwind.

Yeah I know you're just messing around. I was just explaining my view on why I dont think the func will be implemented even if improved. If we take into consideration Angel of Death and assert it is not a viable skill, then all it needs is more damage, not a nova, because it's intended to be a single target skill.

After all the skill function doesn't bring anything new to the table, except an animation which looks pretty unrealistic (retarded) :P
