Singapore realm question

Just wondering if this GS still going to be hosted, I've noticed it's been down since I've started browsing here. It will give me the lowest ping.

It's been down for a while because the server host moved locations and hasn't had the best internet connectivity since moving. They've been trying to work around it.

Will having between 230 - 400 constant ping be much of a issue? I'm used to it on bnet but it seems like a higher ping would be much more punishing on Median.

No. Brackans regularly streams with ping anywhere from 300-800. It's playable but might be a bit slow.
