Offline tool and them c0000005

Hi I just reach the lvl 120 whit my new mealstrom sin and I use Median offline tool to make make signet of learning, arcane crystal and upgrade my gem i save the caracter and now im unable to open it giving me c00000005 error on loading caracter. I tried to use the .bak file made by the offline tool but it say that the caracter is not from that mod. Can someone help me please

Did you ever use median offline tool? this is not a trainer where you can create item

pretty sure offline tool is not compatible with current mxl version

In the version.txt of the tool it is write XVI ... so I thought i was good. and it alway work good whit my paly

It works just fine with current version.
When you renamed .bak file you did something wrong. For example if you accidentally remove a letter from your character name, D2 doesn't understand it and complains about bad version.

You do know that Offline tools only has non-cheating purposes, don't you? Renaming Characters, making uniques and sets into crystals/sigs, bringing order to your stash, downgrading the level of your character and respeccing. That's it. Oh and enabling all waypoints, which is only equivalent to rushing in mp, except you still need to play on your own. You can't dupe with these offline tools. It's only a faster way for sp characters to create sigs that he's using.

On topic: Yes I'm using it too, and it does work with the current version of mxl. Sadly, I don't know how to help you. Maybe try messaging the creator of these tools. If you click on the i in the blue circle in the main menu, you can find his ICQ number and his email. give it a shot.
