Did it and can only reset skills. When I press tab, i don't see the 2-headed arrow to unassign stats.

I think you need to press left Alt key to change stats.

I can't active this Durance lv 2 waypoint. Same happened in the last wp act 1.

Have you tried opening town portal near it ? Usually helps and sometimes i go to town via portal and come back - wp fixed. It also helps when i get some invisible obsticle which blocks the way. As for stats i will check in the evening since no D2 at work. But it used to be one of the keys on the left.
