Error when starting the game

Hey Guys,

I need your help. Yesterday I installed the game and the modmanager. Everything works well until I want to join Bnet, it says it can't connect.
When I try to play Singleplayer this error occurs.

Sry I'm not that technically gifted to figure out anything.

I hope you can help.

Ah, my PlugY says 9.00. But where do I get the 10.00?

What does this mean? " If using PlugY or D2SE, make sure PlugY.ini has this set DllToLoad=MXL.dll"

Do I have to type it inside the PlugY.ini? In the main diablo folder or the Median one?
