So are there any non-class specific 1 handed weps that cannot drop as angelic? I have seen at least 40 angelics drop, not a single one of them has been a javelin (throwing spear,pilum, short spear etc).

In the Version Log says that the ''Saber or the Stormsail'' has a ''Upgraded version scaled accordingly''. Does that mean that this saber can be upgraded? How? I would thank if someone can explain this to me please.
