Just spell damage and cast rate. A3 mercs only use spells.

i farmed terror Kurast 3K and terror TA several times for at least 1 fascinating shrine at /players 1 and i haven't found it yet. should I try it at a higher /players X and stick to just 1 farm site?

Yes, it's faster hit recovery, cast rate, attack speed, run/walk, and block rate

If you have capped it, drop the charm, no need to waste the stat
