Whats the deal? I can't upgrade magic item to rare with charsi, but there is no way to turn magic item into a normal item either?

use destruction catalyst with a rune and the item you want grey

And don't forget the rune or the item is destroyed.

And if you do remember the rune... make sure you don't double-click or the same happens - it goes grey the first time, disappears the second time.

Looking at Valkyries bow, and Supremecy, without having tested Time wave it looks like Supremecy is the better option just based on better attributes.. The difference being not being able to use bag of tricks or it's other equivalent quiver.

Do the better quivers + Time wave make Valkyries bow a better option than Supremecy's DR, all stats% + Tranquilizer bolts?

I did TW sky siege with hanabigami and force of nature with higher pierce to boost the procs and damages from other ele items like Ghal belt. was fast in tran last season

On single player I wanted to try an eth Nats Legacy on my merc. I havent made one before but it has +1 Devil's Omen instead of Ultimative. Does that have to do with me taking the easy route and I'll have to run the full grind to try this on my merc or is that new this patch?
