You can try farming in K3KBA for a set drop bias. As for MF, you can craft some jewels. They can roll up to 20% MF with tir runes. You can MO MF into your crafted gear as well to double the MO effect.

- From my exp, u should aim for around 300% MF.

I recently found the Bloodslayer double axe. It shows 1% reanimate as: Ghost of Kabraxis (In grey letters)

I cannot find what this ghost does. Does it buff, fight, protect, or do the chicken dance?

No.

High quality items include: magic, rare, set and unique. Higher MF, better chances to get magic, rare, set and unique items.

you are right i was wrong i thought runes and set items are not affected but it's only runes

now you know. now have a positive to counter that neg you got.
