Am I trippin? Can casters trigger on kill procs? I'm playing an unholy caster and have an Empyrean Band and Deadfall currently equipped and have not seen either shower of rocks nor singularity EVER cast... am i just on the shit end of the % stick or can spells not cast procs on kill?

Only poison damage will trigger "on killing" procs, and not the first tick damage from poison but the actual poison effect.

Any spell can proc "when enemy is slain" procs

I found an SSU shield and it's ethereal. How do I reroll it so it isnt ethereal?

This might have been answered somewhere but I couldn't find.

If i have 4% chance to cast level 11 fortress on attack from shield, and 15% chance to cast level 12 fortress on attack from set bonus

How do these two interact? 19% chance to cast level 12? or do they become separate 15% and 4% chance since they are different level fortress?
