Outside of town it will periodically summon a circle of lightning around your character that does minimal damage, but stuns anything running in to or out of it. Incredibly handy for catching fleeing monsters or would-be gankers.

Just did whole Tran Athulua run with this buff on - didn't see even one arena casted. Is it bugged?

you kept the item with lightning area equipped yes? because many buff skills dont attack when you unequip the oskill

Thats the reason I guess. Thanks

What's the strategy for Startled Witch?
I'm not sure that magic resistance works for her as it was before in XVc version.

Get 50% slow, a ranged attack to apply OW and slow all the time, have a nice runspeed and evade her stuff manually. Takes like 20 minutes. Reroll a map with low density of witches next to her. If they kill you she heals.

Use a throwing knife^^ or find another spell, you want something that doesn't share a cd timer with purify.

Thanks, solution was way more obvious than I thought. So the Witch now is another boss that requires some skill instead of gearcheck.

Right at the start, every single one of them can drop SSSUs.
