if it fails once, it will never work for that item
you can still try again by rerolling the item (ex: oil of renewal) then MO again

K3KBA is a place for low item type quality items (Quilted Armor/Cap/Leather Gloves/Leather Armor NOT Ancient Armor/Gauntlets/Greaves/)
Lets take a look upon, say, the Lone Wolf Spirit Mask: It is a Druid only item, so class specific, as we can see in some posts here and in various other threads it already becomes way more rare.
Now lets look upon its item type quality: We go to docs, say click on sacred uniques and go to class specific armor. This is what we see when we get to the Druid Helms;
Wolf Head---->Hawk Helm------>Antlers----->Falcon Mask------>Spirit Mask
Aha, Spirit Mask is the LAST in the Druid Helms list!!! As we can see by its rarity and item type quality, its a BAD choice to farm k3kba for this, even if its a set.
Short answer: If you want this helm:
1. ENDLESSLY farm K3KBA
2. Farm Dunc
3. Use/craft another helm
4. Farm with Chaos Reroll (do the recipe at k3kba)
5. Farm shit like destruction Chaos Sanctuary

Anyone that knows about item rarities and drop-chances from certain areas? or is that something Marco would have to reveal?

Hello everyone!
What multiplayer commands do you know and what does it give?
For excample I know:
/gs 1 - set game server as 1 in a game
/w *accaunt_name text to player - text message to another player
/f add accaunt_name - add accaunt_name to your friend's list
/f dell accaunt_name - dell accaunt_name from your friend's list
/nopickup - not allow your char pick up new items from the ground after your die untill you take your body
Maby you know some more commands?

what is the easiest way to make tg on tsw now? im fairly new to the game and am starting to farm sacred uniques and sets should i just make a shop and put eveything up? or are there specific things i should be keeping an eye out for?

keep eye on useful items, most of lists are filled with shit which never gonna get sold. i got most of my tg with selling hc items, but since Will is gone im not sure how its going to work out now
