I have maxed out resists, i have as much defense that gets mobs to 5% hit rate, but getting one shot occasionally, any way to make myself tougher other than lots of health? (currently in terror)

if you're running your defence is zero, that might be your issue

Is there any info about monster stats? Like their HP/defence/Resists/Attack/Damage. I am asking it for future planing and curiosity. Heard somewhere that there are some caps even for monsters, like they cant have more than 1 million health and it is hardcoded, is it true?

As I know many monsters have huge health in ubers (necrobots in Fauzt for example). But the only informaion about them I could find here:

Nothing directly public. However if you are familiar with MPQ file extracting (if not I can aid with that), you can extract all the files from Median XL 2012 v005's patch_d2.mpq. Specifically, you would want to extract the data\global\excel folder and look for monstats.txt for monster stats. Don't try doing it with Ultimative, because there are precautions that prevent you from seeing the text files stored in it's mpq. As a result of course, you won't be able to see the exact stats of any of Marco's content, but you can get an idea of everything else.

There is a lfie cap for monsters, but I forget the exact number. It has been a problem before when Hard Mode Charm +11 was still a thing.

where can i do much exp for leveling after 120?
i know cows location, but is there better place for exp?

dunc or vizjun but obviously more dangerous, you don't want to loose 7mill exp when lvling from 124 to 125

Where do I look for single player trades? I'm looking for basic items for traprat, ww druid, and tantradin. Also, if I'm looking for someone to help me do a few tcows (to quickly lvl), where would I ask for this?

I play multiplayer and can offer sigs/items in exchange.
