Do all -vender prices stack to one percent and if so, what happens if you get over -100% vender prices? Do you get paid to buy items?

Where does this picture comes from ? Something is wrong with statistics since sum is not equal to 1 ^^

Yes they stack. 4 seasons ago I built a Gamble Pal with more than 100% combined vendor price reduction. Turns out. Functional cap is 99%, you can sell MOs and oils for more than you buy and gamble a shit ton of rings /amus but it gets boring quick and in the end it wasn't worth it.

Dual sleep was removed. Even with

Atmas quest also reduces prices -10% for your toon. Does it stack 3x, once for each act? If so, you can add -30% before factoring items and charms.

always thought that there's quests for cheaper stuff in every act, but that it just affects the act and difficulty itself?
