can confirm. seems to work 60% of the time.



Recorded a video for you guys, this is recorded on patch 1.1.2 , Sunday September 10th @ 1:40AM CST on GS 10, on windows 8.1 using Median XL Client 17.4.1.

RandomOnion in discord asked why I wasnt on 17.4.2 because that might be the issue. But Ausben, has made me aware of the bug and is using 17.4.2 so Im sure that this isn't an exclusive issue to 17.4.1 client.

but no. because sometimes you can eat them 1 after the other (after taking damage you can see there's no cooldown) and sometimes you'll go through like 6 before one will work.
My best guess is that it's like the sin's broadside timer. if anything happens to your char at the moment the timer is supposed to reset, it doesn't reset and stays locked out for another round. (though i've been unable to gain health from them even when not taking damage so idk if it's really the same)

from first look: caldeum might benefit from some teleporters to shorten traveling distance without shortening the map
