Skill calculator seems to be still for old version (before 2017) MXLU. Since 2017 all flat damage numbers was divided by 4 (not counting base damages for weapons which was completely reworked). So, for example,

Same goes here, if you divide numbers by 4 - you will get ~damage displayed on skill description in game.
PS: Btw in calculation of damage total energy used. Not base. And don't forget energy factor (same for str/str factor).
Right counted damage will be: 102 - 6986 Lightning damage and 2155 - 2155 Physical damage (or, for new version: ~25-1746 lightning and ~538 phys.. abit higher than real damage and that means "slightly reduced damage")
