You need to put which version each tool is compatible with! For example, when Sigma comes out, it won't be compatible with a majority of these tools, so I'd like to see, next to Author, VERSION, i.e. 1.13c, etc... Otherwise, I think it looks terrific! How can I submit tool links for you to add, such as Boarderless Gaming, D2MR, D2Loader for 1.13c, Foxbats Lag Reducer, etc...

I may sound ignorant about the speed calculator but even after reading Marco's explanation or teachings I am totally confused. now I play an older version 6d of UMXL and im trying to figure out how to get my barbarian to a stronger point so he can do rest of ubers.

I use the Lybrysis Yaggi and it has a WSM of a -20 with a 50 ias, I also have an additional 80 ias from other items and additional 111 ias from skills
now with all that it appears on the calculator that I have a 6 frame attack with a -174 ias. I do not understand what the hell that mean. I have a FBR that I cant change and appears non existant.

can someone explain what all that means or am I doing something wrong. I don't understand any of that

Since basic maphack is allowed you could always add D2me-11x (a little upgraded version of d2mr, but with no speed hacks, drop notify ect, just showing mobs on map) ?
