Stealing stuff

So i entered a random game with a random guy called Kemoshabi (Zicer89). Left the town and drop some stuff while he didnt saw me. When i entered a game with my Mool hero, i found him on the place, where my items was and he like: LOL, and he left the game. I asked him to bring my stuff back, but he is dont care.

Is it bannable? Will he get some kind of punishment?

make non pub games if you dont want stuff to be stolen. not that this is a common occurrence, but there really nothing admins can do.

As per the rules page:

"Items dropped on the ground do not belong to anyone. Use passworded games to avoid them being stolen."

Maybe op does deserve to lose his items for being careless, but do we really want a piece of shit item stealer in this community?

I‘d rather not. Public shaming is banned in many game forums for a reason.

You do realize you could have traded those items and then claim being stolen? Admins dont have the time to investigate and deal with that insignificant of a problem.
By entering the community and the servers you agreed upon the rules presented by the owners. Read the rules. Don't be an idiot and make private games when you intend to transfer items. Just because someone is immature enough doesn't mean you can't continue having fun. Enjoy the game and take a note from this.

ps.:There are tones of people who will be willing to give items , boosts etc and are generally helpful and friendly.
