That ring of light gif looks awesome. Adding a cropped out pic of the skill tooltip would also be nice, i think people like to read what exactly the skill says ingame.
An idea for showing how much u can spam hailstorm is by getting one weak monster who is cold immune and unleash the skill on it

hrm, good idea. finally got an assassin to lvl 40 so i can try out atmg. trying to roll it now...ugh, taking forever to get atmg...

the shittiest part of doing this is definitely going to be rolling the oskills....*sigh*

Also, it might be a good idea to start making an index using the navlink bbcode from the start, would be easier imo

navlink sounds like a good idea. i'll wait till i have more meat to the list and maybe after some organization before i start indexing

i say do whatever skills u feel like doing in it, this looks great.
and my suggestion for list arrangement is list the skills alphabetically instead of damage-type, that just makes more sense and will generally make it easy for u too.

the maelstrom i was talking about is a javelin skill , not the assassin throwing skill !
