More visible cursor in Median XL?

Is it possible to install a more visible cursor in the game? For example, in the Path Of Exile works YoloMouse which gives you the option to choose the shapes, size and color of the cursor. Sometimes on the screen happens so much that the cursor disappears completely.

yeah, made the same suggestion in the sigma feedback thread. very easy to loose sight of the vanilla cursor imo
