I think its because I was running 3.7.2 after downloading 3.8.0. Just ran the wrong version or something. Should be fine.

It was removed in 0.3.8.0, the notifier now pulls its data directly from the game's memory. Try editing DropNotifierSetup in D2Stats.au3.
