Need help with finding an item

5+ years ago I played a mod for Diablo 2 but I can't remember which one. I am trying to find a shield that would drop a Tactical Nuke and play the Tactical Nuke sound clip I believe was from Modern Warfare 2.

Beacon is an assassin ultimate skill with this function.

Otherwise, I think an old pair of SSU boots had a MIRV on kill effect but this was wayyyy pre-Sigma. Steel Terror Light Plated boots.

Hmmm it might have been those but i'm pretty certain it was a shield. The item might have been in snej mod or Eastern Sun but it was a while ago so I have not clue. Thanks for the help though!

I remember these boots summoning an army of hostile mobs when you died. Fun times.
