There should be a MedianXL icon in the upper right corner of your browser. Clicking on it will bring up a pop-up window.

Guys, i need your help.
I'd suppose that i am able to create a list of all Mules of a given account, e.g. https://median-xl.com/acc/as69_2 or https://tsw.vn.cz/acc/as69_2. However, none of the (account) links works. If i open a charcacter, i can use the "load" function.

You have to load from the character armories, not the account screen. You did it right on the 2nd screenshot.
