Valkyrie's Prime has -90 WSM, so you don't need any attack speed except to deal with slows.
Which means on necro it's 10 frame attack, probably not going to be worth your time.

Why not just play searing glow blood zon with blood relic? Huge hp pool, huge life regen, easy Phobos kill, easy Sam kill, easy and fast t10. U can do nearly anything except 6 pillar Deimos, at a low cost.
If u r not interested in bowa with valkyrie or bow dru with valkyrie + Wyrmshot relic, just play superbeast with valkyrie + Wyrmshot relic, at least better than bow nec.
