Noob question - Throwing knives

Hey just started playing this morning. Went with the throwing assassin build. I noticed we can't repair the throwing knives. So every set of throwing knives I'm gonna use will eventually brick?
Is there a way the replenish quantity?
If not then I guess I will change builds lmao

Throwing knives used by skills don't use charges. The only time they are used are if you preform a normal attack.
