Don't know why in the world heavy crossbow has a t1 version for level 8 to use as a TU but it doesn't even show up in gamble, on screen when farming or regular trader until level 25.
It is very annoying to not find this out till level 25.

Why can I gamble quiver/arrow ? Gold is almost useless in late game. Gambling quiver/arrow seems to be a good solution
