I'm just wondering about your original discussion. Seems that barbarian and Primal Bond druid are chars that have +EWD skill for range weapon. Have you tried Primal Bond phys dam?
The skill Sky Siege itself multi-hits but how much is the weapon dam percentage each hit? Can you check? I guess it's very low for any poison build to work.

I did not try any other setups this ladder. Still min maxing this one and my urge for sky siege will be satisfied i think ^^
