ty, you just saved me wasting alot of time try to get %lightning spell damage gear

How does yellow text work on thunder talons RW, does it gives flat lighting damage after 130 level, does it gives lighting damage for all levels you have or to 130-150 only

I think it's after (above) lvl130.

I got a mastercraft dagger which has 2 implicit mods that grant lightning dmg and scale it with total character defense % which we have a ton, it basically quintupled my dmg at level 125 lol

Is this build tanky in current and upcoming patch and which version is better for high lab, phys or ied?

They are attacks and require attack rating too. Check owlbeast dagger attack speed breakpoints.

and now that im here, im building an owl with the mastercraft Kukri leaning towards lightning damage. If i want to expand on that, should i take talons for single target and egg trap for clear? or talons single and raid for clear speed just because its a better skill?
egg trap getting bonus lightning damage per level but raid just seems to clear really good for now (level 117)
Playing offline usually so cant respec to try other things hat often since i need the belladonnas to drop
