Hello!
1) Is it possible to make crafted Tantrum bow with 2 "on striking" modifications like: arrow+knives, or knives+time strike?
2) Should I try to get +14 Ancient blood or +12 is well enough?
3) Will it be uncomfortable to play with Tantrum lvl 18 or I should get at least Tantrum lvl 20-22+?

By the way.
1) Why do you recommend short war bow? What about Long War Bow (Sacred)? As I can see it has +10 IAS
2) Does Arrow on striking have lower chance to appear than Knives > Time strike?

If you craft one with any on-striking proc besides Arrow, you can use Warbringer UMO to add 2% Chance to cast level 5 Arrow on striking (per orb). So, yes you can have 2 procs (in all fairness I haven't tested this, so no idea how well it'll work)

What do you think about this bow? Is ATMG - good on kill for Tantrum bow?

The only downsides of atmg are 1) the low proc chance and 2) the fact that it is useless against single target bosses.

Since you got some other nice affixes (cold damage and mf) it definitely makes it a good weapon. I would not use it over a knife or arrow ctc but still a good bow.
