Mana cost on many popular skills was increased. Also attack and cast speed was redone, so I think this amulet is nice to have on almost every build. Still not as good as

and not an item to be favoured by the end of the game but also not your average signet of learning.

So far on the way to 120, and some farming in TA getting zero uniques there at all on quite a few runs... I decide to go back to act 5 and make my way to Baal... Random pack dies and I get my VERY first unique amulet. Can't complain about the result... Still the only single unique amulet I've found this ladder

Although its not the greatest, its still pretty cool to look at!
