Don't be fooled by the one death to the corrupted owl. you do a lot of damage, I just never landed any Absolutions until the end. The Owl's erratic movements make it hard to hit em. Hunter is even worse but he isn't in the video. The rest of em' corrupted Druids are easier to deal with.
Singularity Relic isn't doing that much compared to Absolution but it's great passive damage while Absolution is on cooldown. No reason not to use it. You don't really need the relic to farm Scosglen but it does increase your clear rate. Solid relic.

Nice thing about neut is you never die and you dont have to really do much. It's not an S tier scols farmer but for the investment you need for it to operate it is.

Roughly 100 tg setup. The weapon/shield is 90% of the cost while the set is the other 10%. If you're doing SSF, you can still farm Scos without Collector but obviously your spells will be x1.5 times weaker so just afk Duncraig until some decent gear because it'll be slower without at least a proper weapon or shield. Cain heirloom staff also does the same thing. A lot of your damage is going to come from charms so remember to get most of the +1 skill charms wherever you can along with things like Quov Tsin Trophy for 10% spell damage.
