S13 Chaos: Patch Notes
Chaos Season
- Max character level increased to 125. These 5 bonus levels are very difficult to obtain!
- Secret realm-only uniques, runewords & sets
- Cornerstone of the Worldcan drop with uberskills, oskills and monster skills
- Ancients quests exp formula reduced for levels 120-125
- Kabraxis' Stone requires level 121
- Drop rates have been re-balanced compared to Single Player
- Fixed griswold aura on destruction difficulty
- Slightly reduced shrine drops from Eternals in The Void
- Halved Uldyssian health, slightly increased damage
SEASON 12: CHALLENGE // STRONGER MONSTERS x BETTER REWARDS - Monsters from all over Sanctuary are invading every area. Elite enemies spawn earlier and in new locations. (season 12 only)
- Uberquests are inhabited by terrors from all plains of hell. (season 12 only)
- ALL monsters have increased chance to drop unique and set items
- ALL monsters have slightly tweaked damage
- Act Bosses health increased by 25% in Terror difficulty
- Increased experience of ALL monsters in destruction by 25%
- Greatly increased experience rewards in Vizjun, Khalimgrad, Tran Athulua, Kurast 3000 BA, Fauztinville and Duncraig in Destruction difficulty
SEASON 13: CHAOS // THE CRAFTING REWORK - 10 new unlockable runewords (Community Challenges)
Cube Recipes: - You can no longer reroll rare items with oils of renewal
- The chaos reroll recipe has been disabled
- You can no longer upgrade magic items to rare
- The Special Box will not yield shrines
- Dragons have gone extinct
Shrine Crafting: - Shrines will now always grant all their bonuses
- Shrine droprate has been rebalanced across the game
- Rare items will now drop more frequently
Rare/Crafted Item Affix Pool: - Rare items now have much greater potential
- New and yet unused oSkills were added for each item base
- New and yet unused procs were added into the affix pool
- Prevented many weak oSkills and procs from spawning
- Many low quality rolls on stats will now stop spawning on items with alvl 90 or more
- Undesirable and/or weak stats will spawn less frequently
- Increased the power level of most affixes
- Added new affixes and affix combinations to the pool
Assassin: - Life gain per level has been increased
- Doubled initial damage of all ways
- Removed ND from all sentries, including immolation bomb and nova shot
- Noctule now deals significantly more damage *
- Doom now reduces enemy magic resistance by 30% + 1% per hard point, if you have at least 1 hard point in the skill *
(*) Changes will not be visible on skill tooltip
Barbarian: - Iceburst: Fixed and greatly improved/increased debuff nova when it explodes
Necromancer: - Totems now have a 33% chance to raise slain enemies as Wraith Servants
- The oskill levels on Vizharan have been reduced
- The level of the Tremor proc on Chthon and Chthon-XIS has been decreased
Uberquests: - Uldyssian: removed ffa, properly halved health, reworked damage and AI
- Zorun Tzin: now summons citizens instead of rats
Other: - Gambling rings and amulets is now more expensive *
- Barbarian mercenaries will now spawn less minions with their Warband Throw
- Slightly reduced the stats on the Shark-XIS runeword
- The Creep runeword no longer procs Trinity Nova. The maximum resistance is now variable
- Slightly reduced the levels of the Path of Flames oSkill on the Nero runeword
- Fixed a bug with the Secret Gnarled Staff - Singularity proc will now target enemies rather than cast at your feet
- Reduced the set bonuses on the Elemental Children, Adria's Circle, Imperius' Edict, Malthael's Sanctuary, Lone Wolf's Path, Rainbow Warrior, Rathma's Empire and All is One sets
