Does %psn damage actually increase the damage of Scorpion Blade? According to this page https://docs.median-xl.com/doc/wiki/poison poison damage applied with missiles does not get a bonus from +spell/poison skill damage

Anyone messed around with the Carnage skill for bosses? Does each pulse have a chance to proc crushing blow?
