My guess is that you need to farm 400 signets so you can get max block. My sorc has 5000+ dexterity, probably overkill but sounds like yours is low. Well, i'm 342 sig's in, wich result in ~3k dex atm. Need to switch for more %dex stuff i guess. And still 1% block shield, got a few 2% but no DR, nee...

Pen is likely "Elemental penetration", known as -x to enemy elemental resistance in Median.

Elemental pen is a Path of Exile term, but hey, that's my 2 cents, maybe i'm wrong ^^

Thanks for that topic, after a bit of tinkering, i got it to work with no black bar and no "dead mouse zone" to the right. 2560 x 1080 monitor, only change to glide settings were to put the static size to no (fix the "dead mouse zone"). Game settings on the borderless tool are 14...
