How do I assign skills to mousewheel in current patch?

I'm currently playing a fire caster + Ice Elemental sorc, but I have no points in the fire tree. I prefer Warp Armor(max)/Nova charge(1 point) and just use fire Oskills (cataclysm from Bartuc's Curse) etc. Warp Armour combined with Snow Queen makes for tanky AF Ice Elementals. Sets should never be 'endgame' gear, but should be viable 'near-endgame' if they are going to be sacred only, higher level gear.

For example: Faerie Fire (druid skill) still says 'protects you' as part of the skill description, even though the avoid% has been moved elsewhere. You need to put a point in Faerie Fire to see the avoid% bonus. Sorry, I only just updated mod, didn't see that (not lvl 90). [edit] does it say avoid%...
