the set has a setbonus and it gives tons of features and a lot of extra procc damage eg.. if u take a part away ofc your damage / life eg goes down. wont so since the phys damage is kinda very low and the magic damage u get is not as effective as the added magic from the prim strike itself. the debuff does not work so well on ele damage..
