I honestly cannot tell if Scorpion Blade is affected by attack speed or cast speed. How does one improve scorpion blades damage besides poison damage/ - poison resistance/energy?

An item called Belladonna Extract will allow you to reset your skills and stats. Its a rare drop on most enemies.

Hey guys, so im making a throwsin with the reworked Scorpion blade as the main damage dealer. Im having an extremely hard time finding my secondary damage source for the poison immune monsters. The APF-10 Maelstrom is the synergy to the scorpion blade skill but it is frankly lack luster. Any suggest...
