around 100 is ok. even less if you willing to test out. nowdays you get 30 ias from feed the pack so you can lower the weapon ias. you can have 15 ias jewels also. The breakpoints remain unchanged concerning weapon IAS. The 30% IAS passive from feed the pack doesn't add up to the attack speed stack...

Yeaaaaahhh.. Since the nerf to Tir crafted jewels from 6-10% down to 1-3% magic find there's no real points to craft them using that. You'd be better off Crafting Jewels with leech or +all attributes.
