So from what I learn so far, pounce is not a direct melee but a teleporting attack. According to MXLu vXVI v2.96 "Stun Attack" on items such as Toorc's Gift will not work attacks other than direct melee. So "Stun Attack" would not work with Pounce but should work with Great Hunt....
