okay problem fixed, it appears that old mxl.dll file in main D2 folder was messing with file in MOD folder, deleted the file in main folder and works fine. Hope it helps somebody

When I try to get out of town ( any ) I get c0000005 error, no matter if using wp or just walking outside, using d2SE+plugY. When I revert to M17 1.0 there is no such problem, any ideas?

Maybe you are using Wind Runner boots? When phase bomb gets off and you hit phased enemy with weapon, you die instantly ( 50k magic damage if i remember correctly ).
